Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records (personnel files, contracts, attendance, leave).

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities (orientation, documentation, system access).
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to basic HR-related inquiries.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and performance review schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
  • Support training and development activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role (preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • ZK Knowledge is must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
