Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and format various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent computer skills and a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is non-negotiable.
Experience with data entry and managing spreadsheets is essential.
Demonstrable history of being highly organised, meticulous with detail, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively without constant supervision.
Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
Must be available to work full-time for the entire 6-month duration of the contract.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of recent administrative support experience, preferably within an HR or corporate office environment.
Must be available to work full-time for the entire 6-month duration of the contract.
Please note that this role is only open to someone who has their own valid UAE residence visa (parent sponsorship, husband sponsorship or Golden Visa) including medical insurance.
