Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and accuracy in documentation.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and introducing new employees to company culture.
- Help manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries, while providing guidance on available options.
Desired Candidate Profile
HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.
HR Assistant will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
HR Assistant will also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations .
Knowledge in DOH system and process.
Prior experience in HR auditing, quality assurance, or compliance, with knowledge of ADHIS/DOH and TASNEEF standards.
Strong understanding of UAE Labour Laws and healthcare sector specific regulations.
Manage the end-to-end process for new and renewal licensing applications for all medical staff (physicians, nurses, technicians, etc.) with relevant health authorities .
