Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and accuracy in documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and introducing new employees to company culture.
  • Help manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries, while providing guidance on available options.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.

  • HR Assistant will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

  • HR Assistant will also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.

  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations .

  • Knowledge in DOH system and process.

  • Prior experience in HR auditing, quality assurance, or compliance, with knowledge of ADHIS/DOH and TASNEEF standards.

  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Laws and healthcare sector specific regulations.

  • Manage the end-to-end process for new and renewal licensing applications for all medical staff (physicians, nurses, technicians, etc.) with relevant health authorities .
