Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data and HR records accurately. Manage and maintain HR/ Admin documentation.
- Support time and attendance tracking and reporting
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and internal activities.
- Prepare write-ups and posts for internal communication and HR initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for various HR-related activities and processes
- Assist the HR team with documentation, coordination, and routine operational tasks like travel bookings, scheduling meetings, guest coordination.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation in any discipline
- 2-4 years working in the HR field.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
