Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data and HR records accurately. Manage and maintain HR/ Admin documentation.

  • Support time and attendance tracking and reporting

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and internal activities.

  • Prepare write-ups and posts for internal communication and HR initiatives.

  • Provide administrative support for various HR-related activities and processes

  • Assist the HR team with documentation, coordination, and routine operational tasks like travel bookings, scheduling meetings, guest coordination.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • 2-4 years working in the HR field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
