HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update HR databases

Help prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documents

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

Monitor employee attendance and leave records

Assist in organizing employee engagement events and training sessions

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws

Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR or administrative support role

Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
