Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities – HR Officer

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources Department

  • Prepare, type, and process government-related applications and official documents

  • Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases

  • Assist in handling employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and HR forms

  • Follow up on daily HR operations and ensure tasks are completed on time

  • Coordinate with different departments to support HR and administrative requirements

  • Support the team in onboarding procedures for new employees

  • Handle filing, document control, and record-keeping in an organized manner

  • Respond to internal staff inquiries related to HR matters

  • Assist with attendance records and leave tracking

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in a dynamic environment is essential for practical exposure to HR functions.

    Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (experience in the UAE is an advantage) Familiarity with government portals and processing official documents is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation skills Team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required
