Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and employees.

Drive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development.

Lead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support the recruitment and onboarding process.

Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and recommend improvements.

Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support change management efforts.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner or advisory role.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively in an office environment.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
