Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with department managers to understand business goals and develop aligned HR strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Support and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion, and employee recognition programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to support hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Identify training and development needs and support the implementation of learning initiatives.
  • Lead or support change management initiatives within the business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with organizational change and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
