Roles & Responsibilities


Main responsibilities:
- General HR management: Lead and supervise the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance evaluation processes, ensuring their alignment with Group policies and local legislation.
- Personnel Administration: Oversee administrative management, payroll, contracts, benefits, and personnel files, ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor law.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor the HR budget and personnel costs for Morocco, ensuring effective control and optimal resource utilization.
- Employee Relations and Collective Bargaining Agreements: Be responsible for negotiating, implementing, and monitoring applicable collective bargaining agreements in Morocco (where applicable), ensuring their proper application within the company.
- Social Dialogue and Unions: Establish and maintain transparent and constructive relationships with union representatives and other social partners, fostering a climate of dialogue and cooperation.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with Moroccan social legislation and internal company policies. Advise local management on labor law, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Conflict management: Anticipate potential points of social tension, propose preventative measures, and actively intervene in the resolution of individual or collective conflicts, in coordination with the relevant bodies.
- Business support: Act as a true strategic partner to local management, providing an HR perspective in decision-making, supporting organizational development, and ensuring consistency with the Group's overall strategy.
- Interface with headquarters: Ensure smooth communication and effective coordination with headquarters regarding reporting, compliance, and the deployment of global HR policies.
Desired profile:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in generalist HR roles, ideally within international and multicultural environments.
- Sound knowledge of Moroccan labor law and proven experience in negotiating with unions or local social partners.
- Experience in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Proficiency in HR management tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic vision, and business acumen.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, and English.
