About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly driven Talent Acquisition Associate to support our hiring needs for the Dubai Real Estate Market. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for sales roles, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to identify high-quality talent for a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Dubai real estate roles (Property Advisors, Sales Managers etc.)
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidate fit as per JD requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with the Dubai team and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain the candidate database and track hiring progress through reports.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company hiring guidelines.

Requirements:

• 6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment (real estate or sales hiring preferred).
• Experience in Dubai/International hiring is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle volume hiring with tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and modern recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of sales profiles and performance-based roles.
