Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: UAE & OMAN
Experience: 5-8 Years (UAE experience required)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a male HR Coordinator with 5 to 8 years of UAE experience to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will act as a vital bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth staff coordination and handling daily HR operations specific to the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Coordination: Manage scheduling, shift allocations, and deployment of retail staff across various locations.

  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment.

  • HR Operations: Handle onboarding, attendance tracking, leave management, and personnel record maintenance.

  • Retail Support: Liaise with store managers to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands and support workforce planning.

  • Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Gender: Male (as per requirement).

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of HR experience in the UAE, specifically within the Retail industry.

  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
