Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements.
  • Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support DHA licensing coordination and staff credential documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
  • Assist with employee relations, grievance handling, and HR reporting.
  • Support visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with PRO if applicable.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 3 years of HR experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Desired Candidate Profile
