Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce management.
- Manage the recruitment process from job postings to interviews, emphasizing the importance of cultural fit and skill alignment.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.

- Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are preferred, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
