Job Description

The HR Executive is a pivotal role within the organization's human resources department, responsible for managing and coordinating various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment efforts while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations. The HR Executive works closely with management to provide strategic input and support to align the organization's human resource functions with its business objectives. An ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a thorough understanding of HR practices and employment legislation. Their focus will be on fostering a positive working environment to attract, engage, and retain top talent, ultimately supporting the organization's growth and success.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to efficiently fill job openings.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Support current and future business needs through employee development programs.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and practices.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and organizational culture among employees.
  • Design and implement training programs to develop employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate and support the process of resolving complex employee relations issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including recruitment and talent management.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and HR-related software and tools.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and possess excellent decision-making skills.
