Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    Coordinate onboarding of new employees, including documentation and orientation.
    Maintain records of employee hiring, promotions, and transfers.
  • Employee Records & Documentation
    Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
    Prepare HR reports, employee lists, and salary-related data.
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Attendance & Leave Management
    Monitor attendance, leaves, and punctuality of employees.
    Handle leave requests, approvals, and maintain leave balances.
  • Payroll Assistance
    Assist in preparation of salary sheets, deductions, and allowances.
    Coordinate with the accounts team for salary processing.
  • Employee Relations & Support
    Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    Support in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
    Maintain a positive work environment and promote employee engagement activities.
  • Training & Development Support
    Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
    Track employee skill development and training records.
  • Compliance & Legal Requirements
    Ensure all HR processes comply with UAE labor laws and Free Zone regulations.
    Assist in preparation for audits and inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education & Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
    HR certification is a plus (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
  • Experience
    Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.
    Experience in Free Zone companies and knowledge of UAE labor laws is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    Ability to handle recruitment, payroll support, and employee relations efficiently.
    Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Behavioral Traits
    Detail-oriented and organized.
    Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
    Team player with a positive attitude.
    Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Other Requirements
    Fluent in Hindi & English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
    Ready to work in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, and adapt to company timings.
