Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and organizational charts. • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters. • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. • Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback systems. • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management review. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company culture and values. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may apply). • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and UAE labour regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS software is a plus. • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
