Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues related to workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and performance management.

  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment by promoting engagement and communication.

Recruitment:

  • Work closely with recruitment team on the full-cycle recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.

  • Keep job descriptions updated

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate with Admin team to complete candidate formalities within the onboarding timeline.

  • Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately to be handed over to the payroll team.

  • Coordinate new employee orientation programs and be sure all pre joining activities are completed.

Performance Management:

  • Support the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.

  • Work with managers to identify areas of improvement for team members and offer coaching or development opportunities.

  • Work closely with managers to conduct and assess new employees’ performance during their probation period.

  • HR Compliance & Policies:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.

    • Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures, and conduct audits to ensure proper implementation.

    • Align with all HR deadlines.

    • Share feedback about policy and suggest to be more active and resilience to support the business.

  • Employee Engagement & Retention:

    • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement strategies, including surveys, recognition programs, and activities that foster company culture.

    • Monitor turnover and retention trends, developing strategies to improve employee satisfaction.

  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Assist in reviewing compensation strategies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

  • Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs and work with internal and external resources to provide learning opportunities.

    • Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

  • HR Data & Reporting:

    • Collect and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment KPIs.

    • Provide actionable insights based on data to support decision-making processes.

    • Maintain and update employee, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

    • Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy of HR records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., employment law, labor relations,).

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Adaptability: Ability to handle diverse HR functions and adjust to shifting priorities.

  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in resolving employee issues and providing practical HR solutions.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in HR records, compliance, and reports.

  • Communication: Effective in interacting with all levels of the organization, from employees to senior leadership.

  • Confidentiality: Maintains discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information.
