Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and induction programs.
  • Coordinating personnel operations, including employee files, contracts, hiring, termination, and contract renewals.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, overtime, leaves, and employment changes.
  • Assisting in monthly payroll preparation and data entry, ensuring accurate attendance and payroll inputs.
  • Handling employee inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, and personal matters.
  • Handling social insurance procedures (Forms 1, 2, 6) and preparing periodic reports.
  • Coordinating with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social & Medical Insurance) to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in developing and updating job descriptions and HR documentation through job analysis.
  • Supporting internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conducting exit interviews and supporting employee turnover analysis.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
