Roles & Responsibilities
span>The Talent Acquisition Manager will be expected to develop and execute the Managed Services recruitment strategy & manage all recruitment activities for PwC ME s Managed Services business./span>
div> p> b>Roles and Responsibilities:/b> /div> div> p> i>Daily tasks and delivery expectation/i> b> /b> p> span>Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:/span> span> /span> br> span> Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, and hiring./span> span> /span> br> span> Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions./span> span> /span> br> span> Conduct onboarding and orientation programs ensuring smooth integration of new hires./span> span> /span> br> span> Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking./span> span> /span> br> span> /span> br> span>HR Operations:/span> span> /span> br> span> Maintain employee records in compliance with company policy and Saudi labor regulations./span> span> /span> br> span> Administer leave management, benefits, and HRIS updates./span> span> /span> br> span> Ensure compliance with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Nitaqat) and support Saudization initiatives./span> span> /span> br> span> Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures./span> span> /span> br> span> /span> br> span>Employee Relations & Support:/span> span> /span> br> span> Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries./span> span> /span> br> span> Support performance review processes and employee engagement activities./span> span> /span> br> span> Assist with resolving day-to-day HR issues in a professional and confidential manner./span> span> /span> br> span> Support HR projects and initiatives as required by management/span> p> /p> p> /p> div> p> b>Expected Skills:/b> /div> div> p> i>Specific learned abilities or technical skills/i> p> /p> p> span> Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements./span> span> /span> p> /p> div> p> span>Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations./span> span> /span> br> span> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills./span> span> /span> br> span> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities./span> span> /span> br> span> Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems/HRIS./span> /div> div> p> span>Preferable/span> /div> div> p> span>involvement in managing performance management, talent development processes/span> p> /p> p> /p> div> p> b>Expected Competencies:/b> /div> div> p> i>Values, behaviors & attitude/i> p> /p> div> ul> li> p> span>Communicate with impact /span> /ul> /div> div> ul> li> p> span>Project management/span> /ul> /div> div> ul> li> p> span>Results driven/span> /ul> /div> div> ul> li> p> span>Agility to adapt to changing requirements/span> /ul> p> /p> div> div> p> b>Required Language Skills:/b> /div> /div> div> div> p> span>Proficient in written and spoken English.
