Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across construction and fit-out project environments
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce mobilisation for project teams
- Ensure full compliance with GCC labour laws and HR regulations
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Partner with project leadership and senior management on workforce planning
- Oversee HR administration, contracts, and employee lifecycle management
- Support organisational growth and operational efficiency through strong HR practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements
- Fluent / Native Arabic speaker (essential)
- Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 5 years' HR Manager experience with strong exposure to construction or construction-aligned environments in the UAE
- Strong understanding of GCC labour law, visas, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing large blue-collar and project-based workforces
- Demonstrated experience supporting site teams and project mobilisation
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and operational teams
