Roles & Responsibilities

HR Manager

Location: ICAD, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday - Friday). 6.30am to 3.15pm or 7.30am to 4.15pm

Salary: AED 25,000 - 30,000 per month total cash package + Medical Insurance for self and family + Annual Flights for self and family + Bonus (performance based, discretionary)

About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage HR operations for a large workforce consisting of circa 1,000 employees; majority of whom are blue collar manufacturing personnel, in Abu Dhabi's industrial complex, ICAD.

This role is for a well reputed global oil and gas manufacturing business who are into the pipe fabrication space.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling high-volume HR tasks, employee leave management, grievances, insurance administration, visa and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR functions for a large employee base, especially blue-collar personnel
  • Oversee leave management and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee insurance processes, including claims and renewals.
  • Manage contract renewals and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of HR experience, including career progression to HR managerial level.
  • Preferable background in construction (contracting), manufacturing, oil and gas sectors where you have hands on experience and know how for dealing with large volumes of blue-collar personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Languages:

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or a similar related field.
