Job Description

An HR Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that the human resources department runs smoothly and efficiently. This position involves collaborating with senior management to implement HR strategies that support business goals. The HR manager oversees the recruitment process, enhances employee relations, executes training and development programs, and ensures compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor performance management systems to enhance employee performance.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to forecast future hiring needs and skill requirements.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to boost employee capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain records of personnel transactions.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop HR policies and strategies aligned with organizational objectives and culture.
  • Coordinate HR activities, including compensation, benefits, HRIS, and policy adoption.
  • Analyze HR metrics for decision-making and strategic planning purposes.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Advise management on strategic HR initiatives and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Organize and conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in HR management or a similar role required.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to manage, lead, and mentor a team of HR professionals effectively.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
