Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 4–5 years UAE experience who has strong knowledge of local hiring, Tawteen reporting, and GPSSA, and the ability to manage and support staff effectively. The candidate will oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process for local and expatriate employees.

  • Handle Tawteen program requirements and prepare Tawteen reports.

  • Manage GPSSA registration and contributions for UAE national employees.

  • Supervise and support staff performance and employee relations.

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

  • Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and HR policies.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company regulations.

  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff performance.

  • Coordinate with finance for payroll, WPS, and employee benefits.

  • Conduct onboarding and training for new employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4–5 years HR experience in the UAE.

  • Experience working with UAE nationals and local hiring.

  • Knowledge of Tawteen system and GPSSA.

  • Strong experience in managing and supervising staff.

  • Good communication and leadership skills.
