Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and organizational goals.

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent across all departments.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace culture.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
