Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mission and objectives of the organization.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Design and execute training and development programs to foster professional growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and best HR practices.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in coordination with finance and external partners.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture that reflects the organization s values.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Benefits:
- Bonuses during "Festive Seasons" up to 1/2 a month Salary and up to 2 months of the salary at the end of the year based on performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
