Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and succession planning needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
