Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Recruitment SupportSupport end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and IT roles (software engineers, data roles, AI, infrastructure, etc.).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role priorities.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess cultural fit, motivation, and basic technical alignment.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and pipeline reports.
  • Support onboarding processes for technical hires, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Learning & Development (L&D) SupportAssist in identifying training needs in collaboration with managers and team leads.
  • Support the design and coordination of technical and non-technical training programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and certifications.
  • Track training attendance, feedback, and learning outcomes.
  • Support the development of learning materials, onboarding content, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Help maintain L&D calendars, budgets, and vendor coordination.
  • HR Operations & CollaborationAct as a point of contact between HR, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Support HR documentation related to recruitment and training.
  • Assist in improving HR processes related to talent acquisition and development.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and HR best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR.


Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or L&D (experience with technical roles is a strong advantage).
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and IT terminology.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, ATS tools).

  • Exposure to technical recruitment or IT environments.
  • Interest in learning and development methodologies.
