In this role, you will support overseeing the payroll operations process, ensures timely and accurate payroll processing while adhering to relevant regulations and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Processing payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, and deductions.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of payroll on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy in exemptions and deductions
• Compile periodic analysis for earnings, taxes, and deductions for reporting purposes.
• Support the preparation of payroll audit reports.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee queries in a timely manner.
• Ensue implementing payroll policies and procedures in compliance with local legislation.
• Oversee off-cycle payments as required.
• Support the team in complex queries and ensure a clear resolution plan is implemented.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager in scheduling and assigning tasks to the payroll team.

Qualifications we seek in you

• Bachelor s degree preferably in Accounting , Business Administrations or related HR fields.
• Minimum years of experience in HR or Payroll operations.
• SAP Payroll experience is essential
• English Proficiency (B2 Level).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience working in a multinational s environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong command of French (spoken and written).
• Previous engagement in process enhancement and automation.
