Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Manage and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and policies.

Implement HR programs, policies, and operational frameworks across departments.

Ensure consistency and compliance in HR practices across the organization.

Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, probation management, performance reviews, and offboarding.

Ensure onboarding programs and HR documentation are properly executed and maintained.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Support implementation of governance frameworks and HR operational controls.

Support the implementation and operational management of the Performance Management System (PMS).

Ensure performance reviews, objectives tracking, and documentation are properly administered.

Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.

Support HR transformation initiatives and operational projects.

Work closely with department heads and management to ensure HR operations support business needs.

Provide operational HR support to leadership on employee matters and HR implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- CHRM/SHRM, CIPD or reputable HR certifications is an advantage
- Minimum 6 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing HR processes, policies, and operational frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Experience working in operational environments (construction, engineering, logistics or industrial sectors) will be an advantage.
