Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR operations.
- 2 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge in dealing with Social Insurance and Health Insurance offices
- Good understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and employee-related procedures
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize work tasks and maintain employee files efficiently
