Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and role suitability.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

  • Understand client requirements and maintain strong relationships with client companies.

  • Proactively approach candidates who meet client criteria.

  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and external partners.

  • Own recruitment KPIs and produce weekly recruitment performance reports.

  • Maintain recruitment data and documentation in the internal database.

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.

  • Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and hiring companies.

  • Contribute to recruitment strategy development and improvement initiatives.


Remuneration

  • 7,500 AED fixed monthly salary

  • Performance-based bonus per successful placement:

  • 100 AED per Cabin Crew hire

  • 250 AED per Pilot hire

  • 150 AED per Engineering Professional hire

  • Final remuneration depends on achieved results.


Requirements

  • Mandatory: Experience in aviation recruitment.

  • Strong ability to meet and exceed KPIs.

  • Experience handling recruitment reporting and metrics.

  • Stakeholder management experience.

  • Proactive mindset with strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

  • Experience in cold calling and client outreach.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel required).

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

  • Existing aviation industry contacts (highly desirable).

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in aviation recruitment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, KPI-driven, and experienced in sourcing aviation professionals including cabin crew, pilots, and engineering staff. This is an immediate hiring requirement. Candidates with a notice period not exceeding 1 month will be considered.
