Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple industries, including:

• Healthcare

• Real Estate

• Construction

• Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different sectors

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

• Manage job postings on multiple platforms and maintain applicant databases

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and market trends

• Ensure timely and effective recruitment processes for urgent hiring needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting in at least three of the mentioned industries

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi

• Immediate availability is a must
