Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing candidates for various oil & gas projects across the UAE and international locations. The role requires strong networking skills, knowledge of technical profiles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Conduct thorough job analysis to understand the requirements and nuances of each position, ensuring precise candidate matching.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent.
Screen resumes and applications meticulously to shortlist candidates who not only meet the qualifications but also align with the company culture.
Conduct insightful interviews that delve into candidates' motivations, skills, and potential fit within the team dynamics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
1+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a specific industry, to understand sector-specific challenges (Freshers are welcomed to apply).
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) demonstrate a commitment to professional development and best practices.
Familiarity with UAE labor regulations and visa processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Hindi is required; Arabic is a plus.
