Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Handle hiring requirements for both IT (developers, testers, system admins, etc.) and Non-IT roles (HR, Finance, Sales, Admin, Operations, etc.).

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

  • Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fit (skills, culture, salary expectations, notice period).

  • Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and regularly report hiring progress.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.

  • Support employer branding efforts and participate in job fairs or hiring events if needed.

  • Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment with proven track record in both IT and Non-IT hiring.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.

  • Familiarity with various job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRMS tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
