Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle hiring requirements for both IT (developers, testers, system admins, etc.) and Non-IT roles (HR, Finance, Sales, Admin, Operations, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fit (skills, culture, salary expectations, notice period).
Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and regularly report hiring progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.
Support employer branding efforts and participate in job fairs or hiring events if needed.
Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment with proven track record in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
Familiarity with various job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
