Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation. This is a strategic role, not a routine admin job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and shortlist candidates across LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and communities.
  • Manage the full recruitment funnelfor all roles.
  • Conduct the first interview and prepare evaluation summaries.
  • Draft JDs, offer letters, and employment contracts.
  • Build HR policies(leave, performance, code of conduct).
  • Support onboarding and training documentation.

No transportation is provided, but the location is easily reachable

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Strong AI productivity skills (ChatGPT, Claude,Gemini, Perplexity)
  • Ability to integrate AI into workflowfor automation, reporting, research, and content generation
  • 2 4 years experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication.
  • High confidentiality and organization.
