Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support organizational development initiatives by helping design and follow up on OD projects and activities.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Handle legal documentation and HR compliance processes, including legalization of employee records and contracts.
Prepare and publish job ads across relevant platforms.
Proactively headhunt and approach passive candidates to fill critical positions.
Work on HR software systems to monitor attendance, delays, and prepare related reports.
Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates, and prepare interview feedback.
Support onboarding processes and maintain HR documentation.
Handle employee relations tasks, including responding to employee inquiries, assisting in resolving workplace issues, and supporting the creation of a positive work environment.
Maintain HR databases and files up to date.
Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
2+years as HR Specialist preferrably with strong background in Personnel
