Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientation plans
  • Monitor employee attendance and manage fingerprint system reports
  • Maintain and organize employee records and contracts
  • Follow up on probation periods, contract renewals, and exit processes
  • Prepare detailed monthly HR reports and employee status updates
  • Support in planning & tracking internal trainings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in policy updates
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management for any HR-related queries
  • Participate in internal events, engagement activities & culture building

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements/strong>

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
  • Very good to excellent English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word & HR tools
  • Excellent communication & follow-up skills
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism & organization
  • HR diploma or certification is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Egyptian labor law
  • Positive attitude, team player, and able to work independently
