Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, agencies, and walk-in interviews
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews
  • Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for store hiring to avoid operational gaps

Vendor & Portal Management

  • Manage recruitment agencies and negotiate terms where applicable
  • Post jobs, shortlist, and manage databases on recruitment portals
  • Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment dashboards

Candidate & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and joining formalities
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Offer, Joining & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate approvals
  • Follow up on joining, visa status, and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labour laws
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
  • Support HR audits and internal reporting requirements

  • Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure
  • Hands-on experience with job portal
