Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews coordination, reference checks).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with manpower plan.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Support annual manpower planning process.
• Track approved vs. actual headcount.
• Monitor vacancies, replacements, and new positions.
• Coordinate with departments on manpower updates and approvals.
• Draft and update job descriptions in alignment with business needs.
• Ensure JDs clearly reflect responsibilities, qualifications, and reporting lines.
• Maintain JD database and updated Org charts
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards (HC, turnover, hiring progress, time to fill).
• Analyze data and highlight trends or risks to management.
• Ensure accuracy of HR data in systems and trackers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent management.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities.
• Good understanding of manpower. planning concepts.
