We re hiring for a factory in Sadat City an HR Specialist who will be responsible for:

• Hiring & Selection: Recruit and appoint new staff based on required standards and qualifications.

• Workforce Planning: Coordinate with departments to prepare the annual recruitment plan and define staffing needs.

• Onboarding & Compliance: Open files for new hires and oversee all appointment and onboarding processes.

• Records Management: Store, organize, and regularly update all employee documentation and data.

• Training Planning: Coordinate with departments to develop specific employee training and development plans.

• Training & Leave Execution: Implement the annual training plan and manage the schedule and oversight of periodic employee leave.

• Motivation & Development: Create programs to motivate team members, identifying and developing individual strengths.

• Disciplinary Action: Enforce company rules and labor laws, applying necessary disciplinary actions for violations.

• Liaison: Act as the main communication link between employees and company management.

• Job Details & Disclosure: Inform applicants of the full job details, including rights, duties, and the job description.

• Job Profile Maintenance: Continuously update the required qualifications and job descriptions for all company roles.

Experience & Skills:

• 7+ Years of experience

• Experience using Odoo

• Communication Skills

• Problem solving skills

• Time management

• Thorough knowledge of labor law
