Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Supervise daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, medicals, Emirates ID, and contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files (physical and digital).
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding programs, induction sessions, and documentation for new joiners.
- Liaise with department heads to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal processes and follow up on evaluations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in coordination with management.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate with payroll team/finance for accurate salary processing, overtime, deductions, and leave balances.
- Monitor attendance, absconding cases, and timekeeping systems.
Training & Engagement
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating internal/external training programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and welfare activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, recruitment status, and leave reports.
- Support audits and management reviews by providing required HR data.
Supervision
- Supervise and guide HR officers / HR assistants / admin staff.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
