Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends in employee performance, turnover, and engagement, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders, to support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analysis, making recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices, attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Manage and administer HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and optimizing system functionality to streamline HR processes.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and employment law, to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process by analyzing applicant data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and identifying training needs, to drive employee development.
  • Partner with HR business partners to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions, providing support for HR initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze the results to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the employee experience.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate HR data and insights to various audiences, including senior management, to inform decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics or a related role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), with an understanding of data management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain HR reports and dashboards for effective data visualization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
