Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
    Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract top talent; design effective onboarding processes and employee retention strategies.
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees; manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement programs.
  • Performance Management:
    Oversee performance review processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    Evaluate and enhance compensation structures; ensure benefits are competitive and compliant with local standards.
  • Learning & Development:
    Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development programs to promote continuous learning.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
    Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in alignment with Saudi labor law and company culture.
  • HR Operations:
    Oversee HR administration, records management, and HR systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices in the region.
  • Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
