We're Hiring | HR Professional Saudi Arabia (Manufacturing Industry)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Professional to join a leading manufacturing organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Industry: Manufacturing

Experience Required: 8+ Years Overall | Minimum 2+ Years in Saudi Arabia

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong expertise in Saudi HR Operations and Workforce Administration
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR Compliance
  • Hands-on experience in Payroll Management, EOSB, Leave Encashment, and Employee Benefits Administration
  • Experience handling Iqama, Work Permits, Employment Visas, Medical Insurance, and Employee Mobilization
  • Working knowledge of Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and other government portals
  • Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Reporting
  • Mandatory experience within the Manufacturing Industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage
