Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR Business Partner to department managers and retail leadership.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Actively headhunt qualified candidates for key positions, especially within retail operations.
  • Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain all required onboarding and personnel documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records.
  • Support employee relations and address personnel issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers on people-related matters.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 6 9 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in fashion retail or a similar industry.
  • Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and headhunting.
  • Hands-on experience in HR administration and personnel records management.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
