Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Support performance management initiatives, including annual reviews, feedback sessions, and development planning.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management for all employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company s values and mission.
Desired Candidate Profile

- Retail back ground
- 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the retail or electronics sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
