Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for both retail and office staff.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for open positions.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational needs.
Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes in collaboration with the finance team.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within retail, fashion, or a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
