Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and participate in talent acquisition efforts.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
