Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment activities by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee orientation and training sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback collection.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal regulations in all HR practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Flexibility to support various HR functions as needed.
