Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for a diverse workforce.

Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company objectives.

Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

Assist in the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll, providing timely and accurate information.

Support talent acquisition activities by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Participate in employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and organizational development projects.

Contribute to HR data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards across all HR functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4-5 years of proven experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.

Solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
